How much TBTs should the villagers be?

So I recently opened an adoption shop, but aren't very sure about the pricing.

I did some searches in the forum, but it’s quite different from time to time, and I’m super confused for their pricing. (Link to price guide I found)

I found multiple threads talking about pricing the villagers according to tiers, so I found a thread gave me an idea of what’s the latest villager tiers (link here).

Also found some treads selling tier 1 at 200 TBT, and other selling at 30 50.

So right now I have the price settings for tier 1&2 for 60, tier 3 for 40, tier 4 for 30, tier 5&6 for 15. (Link here)

Honestly I am very unsure about the pricing, and am here to ask everybody’s opinions.

It just depends on the villager I guess? If their highly looked for, or popular then more. If it's a lesser wanted villager prehaps lower

Like, for say Rosie, Goldie, Lucky, they would be at a higher price then say obes that that arnt as popular

Like Chadder, Murphy, or Walker would be lower

If you want more conclusive advice you could check out Nookazon, but its also mostly just up to your judgement

No one will judge your price choice

You could message other cyclers for advice too, pm them

Raymond and Judy somewhere around 150-200 or so. Sherb around 100 or so. All of the amiibo ones, TBT wise, are essentially competition between the Amiibo shops on here. Price them for what you think it would be worth your while, as well as pricing them to actually sell imo.

I go 250-300 for Raymond, just cause of his rarity, and all that jazz

I paid over 600 tbt 3,000,000 igb and 60ish nmts. . Idk if anyone would pay as much as I did anymore; probably not.

I used to use these two pages for reference though they may be outdated, to make offers (I only bought one villager). 1, 2. I’d also take a look at other cycling threads to see how others are pricing them or the offers people make for some villagers.

It’s really nice hearing your suggestion and experiences!

I most likely aren’t going to get Judy nor Raymond any time soon for the shop, but it’s really good to know their price.

And yes I will keep on checking other’s threads for comparisons and try my best to find the balance.
