How to Get Foreign Fruit

There were lots of questions on how to get foreign fruit, so here it is.

1) Go on Wi-Fi, and get some other friend to give you their native fruit.

2)There lots of versions of this hint, so try them out:
a) Send a message to a villager or two, with your native fruit attached
b) Send a message to a villager or two, with your native fruit attached and type in "friend friend friend friend friend" just like that. Don't worry if the stationary cuts you off and it says f
riend
c) Send a message to a villager or two, with your native fruit attached, but make sure you put just one PERFECTLY punctuated and written sentence.

You might get furniture or shirts back, but be patient. You might even consider combining ways a) and b)...like a full sentence with "friend" in it.

One or more of your villagers will send a message back to you with a foreign fruit attached.

3) The least reliable..., wait until a coconut washes up your beach.

Unconfirmed: Talk to villagers? I suppose the chances of that are as slim as a coconut washing up your beach

I've sent them dozens of letters like you wrote but I've only gotten furniture, carpets and wallpapers. But the good news is a coconut washed up today!

Coconuts are a foreign fruit which is worth 500 bells, the best method is find someone on here with fruits you don't have, I have them all. Thru friends.

i was playing ww last night and in the mail my mom sent me a pair... ofcourse i already had all of the foreign fruit, but i thought it was kinda cool. i wonder if that will happen in this game?

If it is anything like the other 2 games then no.
