How to get notifications if someone replies to my thread?

I've been trying to solve ways around this, but, I haven't found a way to do so. So, when someone replies to my thread, how can I get notifications on that little notification thing-ma-jig up in the top?

There's no way to do that, but you can ask people to like your post when they reply so that you get a like alert and know to go check the thread.

you can also subscribe to the thread, and that way you can be sure to keep track of when new posts get added to it. (altho as mentioned, you won't get a pop-up or other specific notification)

I think you can subscribe but I don't know how. Otherwise, I bookmark all my threads that I want to follow

go to "thread tools" at top of the thread, select subscribe...

your homepage Activity tab has a subtab for new posts in your subscribed threads os you can see them gathered in one place if you wish...

There's no way to get notifications of thread replies on the little notification tab on the top of page. The default subscription notification is directly from your subscription page (Click Here), which I generally refresh every so often... it's a little annoying, but it works. Alternatively, on threads I really want notifications on, I set my subscription to instant email notifications. Though I've noticed there's a 5-10 minute delay at times.

yeah i wish the staff could do something about this. and whenever someone quotes/replies to you, you can receive a notification.
i mean its not that hard to try to keep track of what threads you posted on, unless you posted on a lot of threads.
