Ive seen people display their island maps on simple panels and I was wondering id anyone knows how to do that? Thank you ; u ;

you can customize them with custom designs, so you'd need to draw the map out yourself.

I've done this before, so if I were you, i'd take a pic of your map on your phone or something and just keep it nearby as a reference while you draw the design. The only thing to be mindful of is that simple panels repeat the design twice (on the top and on the bottom) so if that's a problem, you might use a wooden shop sign instead. hope that helps!

aw man I was hoping there'd be some kind of generator site or something haha

ty for your advice :- )

I mean, there's always the AC Pattern Tool, which can turn an image into an animal crossing qr, but you'd still have to take a high-quality screenshot of your map, upload it off of your switch, crop it, put it into the tool, and then download and scan that qr using the nintendo switch online app.

The result would probably be a little more low-quality and a lot more effort than drawing it yourself, but it's an option!
