How To Return To Vacation Homes?

I have been playing Happy Home Paradise for a couple of days now. I have 2 houses decorated and they have given me my phone app. Has anyone figured out how to return to the houses that are already decorated to work on them further? They are listed on the phone app but I do not see a way to return to them. Do I maybe need to do more houses to unlock that feature? Thanks in advance for the help.

If I remember correctly, you have to change your clothes and then use app.

I think I figured it out. When you go back to do your 3rd house they show you how and make it possible to go back and "Remodel" the houses that you have already done. Thanks again for the help.
