How to send players TBT?

The easiest way would be to click on the numbers in the "Bells" section under their username,
as seen on the sidebar.
As of this point, you have 5.
When you click on that number, a pop up menu will appear,
allowing you to send forum bells to that *exact* person.
So,why is this important?
If you are sending via the drop down menu "Currency",
sometimes, just sometimes, there could be an mixup/error of that user name,
the one that you are trying to send bells to.
(Yes of course you can submit a report to a mod/admin to have that straighten out)

Yeah, as Maruchan said, you should go to the sidebar and click on bells under the user's name, and you would press anything up to six, because that is how much you have and then you can write a message (that is optional) and then you press send.
