How would you feel about special NPCs havin' their own houses in your town?

honestly I'd think it would be really neat for them to have their own houses
they would do their jobs during their work hours and when done they'd come home
to their places or just walk around the town like a typical villager would, and you'd be
able to interact with them like you would with a typical villager. and I think it would be nice to form
friendship with the special NPCs

I also thought of something else each town can only have a limit of 3 special NPCs
that can live in their town, and each would have their own special requirements
and some NPC will be harder to get then others

for example, special event NPCs would be some of the hardest
to get to live in your town.
