While I've been a member since 2008 (not entirely sure how I managed to nab this username), I never really posted much beyond that initial year, so I'm not entirely comfortable making a "hey guys, I'm back!!!!" post. But, I will say that I am definitely glad to be hanging around here again. I've yet to find a place on the Internet where people are more passionate about this series than here at TBT (I mean really, look at THE FAIR).
You can call me whatever you want, but Tortimer or Jamie are what are gonna grab my attention most immediately.
I've been playing Animal Crossing since the GameCube game. Played it for hours, loved it to pieces, eventually ruined everything with an Action Replay and moved onto Wild World. I played that one obsessively until City Folk was released, was wholeheartedly disappointed with it, and generally stopped playing Animal Crossing (and also stopped posting on here as a result). I still had lots of love for the series as a whole but my interests were taking me elsewhere (namely, PC gaming and retro stuff). Once New Leaf came out, I started getting back into the swing of Animal Crossing, and thus, here I am. Being a full time college student has interfered a bit but I'm doing my best to check in on my town when I can.
So yeah. That's me and my short timeline of Animal Crossing's presence in my life. Big ups to anyone who has any idea who I am.
