Buying Hybrids & Saplings

Hi! I'm trying to have all of the hybrids in my town. I'm also in need of some saplings as I planted 5 cedar saplings & all of them died. After some googling, I learned the hard way about potential dead spots & that cedars only grow in the northern part of your town. Now I need trees in some areas in the southern half of my town.

Here's what I'm looking for:

Blue Pansies - 4
Orange Tulips - 4
Pink Lilies - 4
Purple Pansies - 4
Cedar Saplings - 5

I can pay in IGB, TBT, or RV visits.
