I Am Slowly Crumbling
The Towers I Built Came Collapsing Down
I Tried To Build Them Back But They Failed
The One Who I Loved So Dear Is Leaving Me
I Took Every Last Chance To Let Her Stay
My Last Laugh Is Gone, They Took It In The End
I Wish It Was Still There, I Would Cherish It
Music Can't Define Me
I Always Thought It Could
Deserted, I Look For Help
The Dust Of The Towers Hurt My Eyes
The Loved One's Kiss Remains, Burning Holes In My Soul
The Company Of My Own Laugh Would Make Me Smile For A While
The Music Tries, But Mere Lies Remain
I Am Slowly Crumbling
I don't really care if you think it sucks, it is actually happening to me, not really poetry.
EDIT: For all you who care, I am going to make this into a song, using a very simple rhythm on a baritone uke.
