That's kinda true... You're just giving comments about the artwork, but not really any points at which they can work on.

Constructive criticism is where you judge a drawing on it's good and bad points.

Telling someone it's great doesn't really tell them what they need to improve on ^_^

Like for example, you'd say, It's very good, but you need to work on this and this and this, that would make it perfect!
