How does it work exactly?

I have a account, but I can't add anything?

After you make an account,
go to catalogs in the upper corner, and click 'add a catalog'.

Go to the top right where it says catalogs, then under "my catalogs" press Add a catalog

After you make catalogs like others have explained, you can add items to them by searching for items or browsing through them. Next to each item, there will be an option to add it to your catalogs. You can make pretty much any, like a wishlist, items you want for different houses or rooms, items you own, and others.
