I Deleted A Visitor Message But It's Still There.

Hi ^^

Today I deleted a visitor message. It wasn't anything bad, just something I didn't like and decided to delete it... Or I thought I did. I clicked the tick box to the top right of it and scrolled down to "Moderation Tools". There I selected "Delete Messages", but the message is still showing up, and it doesn't have the tickbox anymore. How can I get rid of it?

Those are there as a record for the staff to keep track of things.

Like if someone were to start insulting someone they could edit or delete it, but we can still view it.

So that means other people can't see it, but me and staff can?

Kinda pointless I deleted it then because I wanted it gone ^^; Thank you for your reply, guess I have no other option but to keep it there.

We generally don't mind permanently deleting it if you ask nicely, so I went ahead and did that for you now. It's just a precaution not allowing normal users to do that on their own.
