I GOT RIPPED OFF

I am selling hybrids and someone said they would buy them AND some carnations for 1000 bells each... i thought it was a good price until i just found out that the regular hybrids go for 70-80,000 and that carnations go for 100-120,000.

I feel as though i was ripped off and now i know to make sure i am aware BEFORE making a deal to make sure that people are not taking advantage of the fact that i need the bells.

I already promised them LOTS of flowers for the price and am going to lose A LOT of money because of this... however i cannot go back on my word and so i will lose the money.

Did you try asking them for more money? Maybe the didn't know either and they will be willing to either pay the going price or split the difference? It's all about communication!

Thank you, i am not sure if they know the prices either. I think they just picked one at random because they were not sure, but i already agreed to the price and i feel wrong/bad to ask for more money after i already agreed. So i just came here to vent lol and i will just work on negotiating/communicating information better on later deals. I have made a few where we picked a price that worked for us both.
