I think Stitches is the best villager in the game.

One of my towns, ACNLpics, has all pictures of the 333 villagers in "Animal Crossing: New Leaf." (Dream Address: 5900–5033–4735.) So, I've encountered every villager in the game.

Stitches is classic. His persona is perfect. Oh, and those colors! And he is one baby-faced beauty of a bear cub.
