She's a kitten that likes to travel. When she appears in your town, she will tell you she's had fun but she's ready to travel someplace new and will ask you to take her. If you do, then she will mail you a special present you only get from her. In your friend's town she will disappear for a day or so, then resurface wanting them to take her to yet another town, and so gets passed along.
