Hi and welcome. Tbt or bell tree bells are a form off currency we use here To sell or buy in game stuff. Some people buy tbt from others using in game bells also. You gain it by posting but only in fractions. You can click your bells to see how much you earn per post. Hope that helps.

That's a Signature, and you can make a basic one by clicking the "Settings" tab at the top of the page and then click on "Edit Signature." If you want a fancy one like that you would best be off by checking out some of the Signature Shops in The Museum. Some people even make them for you for free!
