Sounds fun! I unfortunately have never been to Universal, however, I was chased around a park by a chainsaw guy in one haunted house up here, scared the bleep out of me. I still cry when I get chased by chainsaw people in videogames (Resident Evil 5). What was your favorite haunted house? Did you dress up when you went? If so what did you dress up as?

I did not dress up. At universal you can't. It's against security protocol and you already have to go through 3 security lines to get in.
I really liked the Penn & Teller house if for no other reason, the gimmick. It's a house that uses specular separation glasses to separate different colors in the spectrum. So it was kind of 3d within real life. It was definitely a headache though haha.
Wow 3 lines? That's unheard of here but I can definitely see the need in a popular place like Universal. That sounds pretty awesome, how long does this Halloween "festival" thing last? And is it more popular on Halloween?
Actually Halloween is more lax than most days. People just don't want to go on the holiday. It starts at the end of september and lasts til the beginning of November.
