First off; Sorry for the potato quality of the photo and the drawing itself. It was late at night and I was tired asdfghjkl--
I know basically nothing about creating patterns, so if this particular design is too complicated to be done, I get it.
If you do want to give it a shot, you can use any mix of colors you'd like, however I had a few in mind (You don't have to use these colors, it's up to you!)
Base=black
waves=dark shades of blue and green
straps=same dark green as some of the waves
dots=? (these are very minor so it doesn't matter that much to me.)
