Yes you can, if you work with someone on wifi they'll move to their village, and then once they move out of their town connect with the same person and you'll have them back.

Do you have WiiConnect24? If so, go to someone's town who has Aurora and repeatedly talk to her. Say nice things and send letters to her. If you keep WiiConnect24 ON, there may be a chance she'll come back.

Yeah, but how do you know who's town she moved to? Sometimes they move to towns of people who arent even on your friend list.
