Buying I want to buy any Cabin set furniture and a toy hammer

I want to buy the Cabin set furniture for a reasonable price. The most I'll pay is 2 times it's worth at Re-Tail. I will also buy a toy hammer for up to 10,000 bells. I will be setting up a trading post soon in my town. Look forward to a post for that.
