I would like to have someone design a "Bump" piece of art

I have seen these in threads and they are adorable. I can pay in BTB, I have no idea how much these go for. I am guessing from 300-500BTB, if I am wrong let me know.

My town has a Blue rose flag, and lots of blue roses, and so I thought maybe something with the Blue rose.....maybe a mini chibi holding one or Phinas holding one (I love that character), or just the blue rose. If you have suggestions I would love to hear them.

Simple doesn't draw the pics in her shop though... it's only graphics. It'd be one thing if you already had artwork, mysticoma, since then you could go to any graphics artist, like her or myself, to put it together. But, you need the artwork first.

I can draw Phineas holding a blue rose and make the graphics, but I amn't that good at drawing.

Above is an example of my lineless art, but I can do either soft shaded or cell shaded with colored lineart if you'd like. I'm on a different computer that doesn't have any of my GFX on it, but I'll provide some when I get on my computer.
