Ideas for a café

I just started to re-decorate my caf? in the town but I have no idea what to make! It was a 'traditional' japanese caf? before, but now I want to do something different.

Any of you guys have fun ideas? Just shout something at me!

I've had idea's of having a themed cafe, also a japanese thing for the most part but still. I've seen pokemon or anime themed cafe's or even Comic Book cafe's so my best advice would be to visit the HHN when you have a creative block and get some inspiration there ^^

I have a spooky/skull cafe, and a restaurant that will eventually be jungle themed? Or natural history museum themed? I'm not sure yet. And the dining area in the department store is a cat maid cafe because I couldn't decide whether cat cafes or maid cafes were funnier.
