Before I go over this, I would like to let you know that it's okay to share any of my ideas to Nintendo. It's not idea theft if Nintendo takes them. It's actually promoting my ideas. Even though if some of my ideas may not make it to the game, there are some ideas I feel strong about (like the map editor, biomes, and mayoral options). The other ideas are the ones I don't care too much for, but I put them in mainly to share.
Today's entry on the idea blog is about the furniture series I would like to see next game. Some of these are made of new concepts I came up with while others are some regular series you would like to see next game. There are 11 in this idea, which if we add these to the New Leaf ones, it will total up to 48 furniture series. I'll go over the background as well.
Basic Series:
Concept Series:
I came up with some furniture series with new concepts along with the old stale furniture. The four furniture series with new concepts are the Light Series, the Invisible Series, the Hover Series, and the Glow Series.
Other Series:
I am done with Furniture Series. Originally, I was also going over themes and sets, but due to the character limit, I can't talk about them today. I'll go over them next Sunday when my next Idea Blog entry is up.

Basic Series:
- Common Series
- The Common Series is for people who want to keep it as basic as possible. There are more refurbishment options on this series than anything else. They are the most commonly sold furniture series. - In past games, we had the Blue Series and Green Series, but what about the other colors. The four common colors we symbolize things with are red, yellow, green, and blue. We have two of them already, so I have to other series to go over. The Red Series is one of them. In fact, the Red Series was a furniture series idea I already had prior to City Folk. While Green had cross decorations and blue had diamonds, red will have circles.

Concept Series:
I came up with some furniture series with new concepts along with the old stale furniture. The four furniture series with new concepts are the Light Series, the Invisible Series, the Hover Series, and the Glow Series.
- Light Series
- The Light Series is the first of the four furniture series with a new concept. Part of the structure has a light that changes colors to indicate how much you have completed the furniture series. For each unique item from the theme added, the lights from all pieces changes colors. It starts out as a light turned off after first piece. If there are two pieces, the lights turn on at the color red. Three pieces means that the lights turn orange. It goes around the color wheel until it gets to the tenth piece, which all of the lights are white. If the series is completed, the light on all pieces gradually changes colors every second.

- Light Stereo
- Light Table
- Light Lamp
- Spectrum Wall (rainbow colored from left to right)
- Spectrum Floor (rainbow colored from edges to center)
- Invisible Series
- The Invisible Series is another furniture series with a unique concept. All furniture pieces will have the on/off feature. Each time you press A among one piece, it turns from visible to transparent planes with no color but takes the shape of the objects. The storage furniture and stereo can do this too as long as the A button is tapped on any side but the front. The lamp will be invisible when turned on.
- Invisible Bed
- Invisible Bench
- Invisible Bureau
- Invisible Chair
- Invisible Clock
- Invisible Closet
- Invisible End Table
- Invisible Lamp
- Invisible Radio
- Invisible Table
- Invisible Wall Shelf
- Shadow Wall
- Shadow Floor
- Hover Series
- This is the third of the four furniture series I am posting here. The Hover Series has furniture that contains waves underneath to make them hover like in Sci-fi movies. Unlike most furniture, the furniture slightly moves constantly. Chairs and beds will go up and down faster when someone jumps on them. The carpet and wallpaper gives you an illusion where you're in an abyss in the upper atmosphere.
- Hover Armchair

- Hover Chair
- Hover Dresser
- Hover End Table
- Hover Lamp
- Hover Sofa
- Hover Table
- Hover TV
- Hover Wardrobe
- Hover Clock (doesn't really hover)
- Open Wall
- Open Floor
- Glow Series
- This is the last of the concept furniture series I will go over. The Glow Series has a similar concept to the Invisible Series, but instead of turning invisible, the lights turn on. Even the chairs and beds have lights as a decoration that light up. The light color can be changed through the Re-Tail by refurbishment. Walls and floors look like dark gray metal panels with a light-up grid. Despite the glowing feature, none of them other than the lamp provides illumination across the room. It's just like an LED light on a machine.
- Glow Bed
- Glow Cabinet
- Glow Chair
- Glow Dresser
- Glow Lamp
- Glow Sofa
- Glow Stereo
- Glow Table
- Glow TV (lights are only on when TV is on)
- Glow Wardrobe
- Glow Clock
- Light-grid Wall
- Light-grid Floor
Other Series:
- Old Series
- The Old Series is the last furniture series I will be talking about here that can be provided at the Nookling's Store. We had the Sloppy Series in New Leaf, so how about another unusual series like that, but with old furniture. The carpet and wallpaper are already in the past games since the beginning. The furniture looks like good furniture for a haunted house.

- Old Dresser
- Old Hutch
- Old Lamp
- Old Table
- Old Wardrobe
- Old Clock
