Being a native swedish speaker it would be nice if the game was translated in swedish because it's a beautiful language and I feel the dialogue could become more interesting.
I am quite fluent in english but being able to play in swedish and seeing villager dialogue in my native language would be both refreshing and awesome. This could also be helpful for younger players who do not speak english and only swedish.

speaking as someone who knows no swedish, just about any game being translated into another modern language would be a huge plus

While I don't speak or understand swedish, I would support it if the game gets translated into
other languages.

I fully support that.
I only know english, but I bet playing in your native language would feel more comforting.

I fully support games being translated into more languages, since that allows more people to play who otherwise wouldn't be able to understand them.

I think with Swedish though, Nintendo has determined that the potential market of people who only speak that language does not outweigh the cost of doing the translation. I don't know a lot about Sweden, but I'm pretty sure English proficiency is very high there. If that is the case, most of the people who would appreciate a Swedish translation are already buying Animal Crossing.

Don't get me wrong, I would fully support a Swedish translation if that became a possibility, but I think that is likely Nintendo's reason for not having one.

Like others have mentioned, while I?m not someone who speaks swedish, I would like for ac to be translated into other languages so that more people can dip their toes into this series (and I didn?t realize English wasn?t your native tongue, you speak it very well.)

I agree, having the game translated to Swedish would be lovely <3 I would really enjoy that (and just more languages in general, I really hope they do that). Of course, I would have preferred Norwegian, but ugh, just any Scandinavian language would be so amazing <3

Obviously, the more languages Animal Crossing is in, the better! However, I would expect Nintendo to do a more commonly spoken language first (even though Swedish is very popular).
