There's two things you, as members, need to do.
1) Suggest ideas to staff members. Smart's new suggestion meetings are perfect for this, or you can pm any one of us. Nothing that great can start without your input.
2) If you want things to happen at all, and continue on, you need to participate. If no one joins in on Wifi tourneys, they won't happen. If no one enters contests, they won't happen again.
