and, when a lazy villager is talking to one another of the same personality, when you join in, the option should be "the Antarctic" instead of "the Arctic". 'cause if you go to the Arctic from the southern hemisphere, you'd pass the tropics.
I don't know if the shadows outside actually face toward the north or south. if it faced toward the north during daytime in the southern hemisphere, it would be very weird.
