I'm betting turnips are fastest way to get rich

Any members around for a couple years remember Liquefy (or maybe some people who used GameFAQs guides, since he wrote a bunch)? Well I remember when Wild World came out he zipped through his mortgage. He was the first one I heard payed it all off. I asked him how he did it so fast and he said turnips. So he must have known what he was doing because it's risky... but maybe he always went to towns with high prices.

Turnips have always been fast money makers, and aren't risky if you have plenty of friends or know how to use the internet.

I mean he paid off every expansion.

You buy them on Sunday mornings from Joan and Tom Nook buys them at different prices throughout the week. You want to try to get the highest price, but sometimes you're forced to sell lower and lose tons of Bells because if you don't sell them in time they will spoil. Of course in Wild World there was a glitch where you could get around that, but I'm assuming they fixed that. =o

Here's how turnips work:
You buy em from Joan on Sunday if they're a good price
First day you see Nook buyin for a good price in your town or nother, sell em all and make a profit!

I totally missed Joan even though I got the game right at 11am EST, lol. Kept getting a town with that creepy bear Vladmir in it, and kept restarting.
