Don't mind me, I'm just ranting. I may take a break from the game tomorrow. Long story short, I was supposed to invite my dreamy, Cherry, today. I still have the house plot kit thing in my inventory so it doesnt get taken by a random character. Well, she wants a shell partition, okay no problem, I thought. Turns out it's indeed a problem.. I have been looking since 7am (its now almost 4pm) after I woke up and invited her, and I've only found 1 damm conch!! I've gone to 2 mystery islands with the dodo boys, circled my island beaches so many times today. This is a downside of not having online I suppose.. any ideas what I can do without TT.. I don't really feel like dealing with that at the moment. I've got a headache and dizzy..

Yeah I have noticed the different kinds of shells kinda spawn more often than other times. idk what the RNG actually is on them though.
Do you know if you can just scan her amiibo again tomorrow and it still counts in the counting? I don't remember it having it to be 3 days in a row, just 3 scans without scanning another amiibo, but I could be mistaken.

Yeah, this game is impossible to enjoy without online capabilities. I personally did not have WiFi when playing New Horizons with the exception of a week or two. I used those two weeks obtaining everything I needed, getting QR codes, and obtaining my dream villagers.

Yes, scanning again works. You don’t need it to be three consecutive days. It’s just three days period. I had to skip a day with Bones because he had a nearly impossible request.

Man that really blows. I actually recently cleared my beach of shells, and the conch shell was one of the ones that respawned a decent amount. Which surprised me, because I always found them to be difficult to come by. Those were only slightly easier to come by than the giant clam shells, but not by much. I suggest just waiting and reinviting her tomorrow for another chance at winning her over.

I assume you also pick up all the shells every time you go around the beach? That's some terrible RNG.
