Buying In need of simple silver tools, or anything that helps out a new guy!

I can pay with small, probably insignificant amounts of bells. Tools aren?t worth much anyway, but it?ll be a while before I unlock any silver ones. It?d be nice if somebody allowed me to shop at their town, or simply offered me the tools. My budget is around 50k bells, but I really don?t expect to buy any tool for more than 2k.
