Imbri
Resident Night Mare
I practically bought out Nook yesterday. He had the white wood siding I was looking for, plus a beige round door and colorful gravel. I was hoping for the brick, but that's cheap enough I didn't mind gambling. I think it might have paid off.

Sorry the umbrella blocks things, but you can see most of it. I was worried I'd have to hunt for a new mailbox, but it looks as though the zen one goes. I do believe my exterior is finished!

Moving inside, I mentioned that I was planning something for the right side room, since it was something of a mess before. I'm going to turn it into an office. I have a seating area at the top, as you can see. I'm waiting for the editor's desk to appear so I can put that down on the bottom, and I'll swap out the sprout table for something more fitting. Maybe some artwork and more plants, and it should be a warm, inviting place. Not bad, right?
Anyway, that was about all that I managed. I had to tell Beardo that he was not leaving. Ever. And Kitt asked if she could start using the nickname Mathilda has for me (m'dear). Given that she's also a kangaroo, I agreed. Now if Roald would just stop with the "honeybun".
I finished calling Rilla to the campground (I wonder if she was tired of spending so much time there) and will now ask Wisp to invite Marty. The last of the Hello Kitty items should be arriving today. He has the Pompompurin set. I doubt I'll use the furnishings from these sets (they're cute), but I'm such a completionist that I want them in my catalog. And some things might work, mixed in sparingly.
Off to do some fossil hunting and rock smashing. It's a rainy day in Salem, and rainy music is some of my favorite. Have a great day!
