inbox constantly full? please help ;(

so I got a mailbox extension because my inbox fills up really quick but I'm still getting notifications that my inbox is almost full/ is full when I have maybe 5 messages in it? do I need to activate the extension or something?

my point is that I bought a mailbox extension that should be allowing me to hold up to 150 messages, but I'm still constantly getting alerted when it's nowhere near full, I'd like to stop the notifications and benefit from the function I purchased

just the option to hide it or activate it or discard, it's been activated since I got it :/

Sometimes you need to clear the sent folders and all the read recipts as well.

Have you cleared your sent folder? They seem to clog up.

and the stored messages, those are tricky, make sure there's nothing in your inbox you want to keep.

had no idea 'sent' messages counted towards slots in the inbox, thank you! problem solved!
