If you play a girl you can marry: Amir, Sanjay, Allen, Neil, Sengoku, or Rod.

If you play a boy you can marry: Michelle, Yuri, Tina, Witch Princess, Iroha, or Felicia.

So you know the basic thing is your owning a farm/ranch!
However in the game.... you get to customize the farm, your character, and even the town in you want too!
