Invisible Children is a company started by three young men who traveled to Northern Uganda. What they found was that a rebel army trying to overthrow the current Ugandan goverment. Worse, was that the army kidnapped children from the ages of 8-14, mostly boys. They brainwashed them into making them love war and killing. Kids have to sleep away from their homes because the rebels may abduct the children.
Though it may be depressing and horrifying, it is amazingly moving. It's making me go to a meeting tomorrow at my History class to hopefully create a club for next year.
