Is it just me?

Is it just me, or are there too many sages here at TBT?

We have Fish, OMC, PKMNmaster, Zeldafreak, Justin, Zero, And I just noticed that blast is now a sage.

(Tell me if there any other ACTIVE sages that are not on this list >_< )

A sage is a elite member of TBT and I understand that they are being honored on there work. But, when most of the active members are admins, mods, and sages, there seems to be few normal members that are replying to anything.

I know, we need more members, but we dont really need another "fred".

A way we can fix this is to invite friends (real life, Nsider, other fourms, etc.) to TBT, that would not be...well...stupid.

So, share any thoughts you have. I am open minded.

Yup... we have way too many. This unfortunetly means that we won't be promoting anyone else any time soon. :\

Yes, that's true, we do have a lot of Sages. But the chunk of them are mostly retired staff and the such. I have wondered if we should give former Staff a rank like Sage, maybe with a little more power, and a different board...I don't know. And, most likely, some Sages will be going into the Staff. I see where you're coming from, I was thinking about this just a few moments ago.

And before anyone asks, bastoise is now a sage because before with his retired rank he was still a global mod and could still go into the staff board. Well you're either staff or not staff, so we decided not to use the retired member groub anymore, but of course he still has the "Former Admin" title.

I know one of the sages, i forget who, was made a sage because he threatened to leave TBT... thats like the dumbest reason i've heard.

Another form of stupid is mindless spamming...I did this on my old account, Picklewarrior098 but I made a new one to get a clean sheet.
