Yes, you have to buy the username change in the shop.

you have to buy the ability in the tbt shop for 1k tbt, & its not a permanent ability, you have to re-purchase it each time

If you go to the Shop you can purchase a new username for 1000 TBT Bells (I think). You earn TBT Bells by posting or you could always sell things in the market place.

yes and there is unlimited stock in the shop. however you have to pay the 1000 TBT each time you want to change your username.

it's so hard to earn tbt though, i post quite a lot i would say but i hardly get any tbt ugh! .__.

It's not really that hard. Just gotta post actively and make TBT bells. (also, post quality, just a reminder)

Just sell stuff in the TBT Marketplace or trade Pokemon. That's how I was able to buy my username change.
