Is there a reason I can't like posts?

I switched to mobile, and Internet Explorer to see if it was just my browser acting up, and neither worked! I can see who else has clicked, but my clicks don't seem to do anything. So, is there a reason?

Tried waiting two seconds? When it gets a response, the thumb icon should change and the like counter will increment. There's no rational explanation as to why it wouldn't work - without JavaScript it wouldn't show who had liked the post.

Also, the mobile site doesn't even have the like button, so...
