Is this a new glitch?

I have the 2.0.1 update. Raymond was crafting when I went in his house. But he wouldn't give me a diy and he talked like he wasn't crafting. Is this a new thing? I've never seen it before.

I think it must be a glitch, unless you talked to him before and just forgot. I've personally never had that happen before!

Maybe you just pushed him out of crafting while trying to talk to him? That happened to me a few times
