I have two towns (one being my first copy, then I bought a new one cause I thought I lost it. But I found it <3)

My second town has Rosie and Flurry, both of which I'd love to get into my main town and then giveaway after a bit (because I'd also love having them in my main town for a little bit.)

Am I allowed to move villagers from one town to another and then giveaway? No duping, no powersaving, just some time traveling. I know it probably sounds dumb, but I'd rather be safe and sound dumb then doing it without asking and getting in trouble c:
