Is this legal?

This is probably the dumbest place to ask but google has yet to give me an answer a JAG takes forever to get back to people (go figure, damn army)

Anyway, so I'm renting a flat in ATX and I pay 865 a month, and recently my complex decided to change how they take the water bill, which was, you know. Two bills, rent and water? So now they require you pay rent and water TOGETHER. ON THE FIRST. OR IT IS ALL LATE.

Here's the catcher. The water bill? yeah, doesn't show up in the mail until like the 2nd. 3rd at the latest. So I dunno if I owe freaking 20 bucks or 40. I hate paying 900 to cover my ass, too.

But when I signed the contract I was told I would pay separate bills. That's what my contract says.

So, is this legal? Or should I start bugging the crap outta JAG to get involved?​

Also, I don't know. I would figure since it's a contract, you pay separate bills only. Someone screwed up. Good luck though.

I'm sorry, but I'm perturbed that you made a comment on my blog post pertaining to legal issues I am having, basically ranting, and you ask about how to earn TBT bells to obtain collectables?

To answer your question, as uncoothly placed as it was, I earned it. I also have wonderful friends on this webpage who helped me.

Now then, please keep the topic at hand. This post is not about TBT. I am sorry I am not a guide on how to earn them. This is a blog, with a post about a serious matter. If you wish for further help please take your questions to Bell Tree HQ.
