Is trading Friend codes really worth it?

One of the main reasons I joined the TBT is because I wanted to trade FC But then I saw a Youtube vid of what people can do to your town like cutting down trees and stuff, So like the title says, Is trading FC really worth it?

There are a few people out there that will destroy a town. But I promise if it happens... There will be a post almost instantaneously. I have some great people who come into my town. Totally worth it. in my opinion, it is the online interaction with others that makes this game so fun

Agreed with DirtyD it's usually maybe 1 out of 100 that causes problems but being on a forum sight we tell each other so it dont happen to them and the honestly best part 2 this game is meeting people other stuff is fun but wi-fiing with friends you make can make 50dollars well worth it i never regredited it once
