Hmm... the first area is super big, and seems perfect for a house/yard area for a new character, if that's of any interest to you! I have several side characters (just added a new one so my island could have a hotel) and I find it fun to decorate more houses and the extra storage for items is nice. Otherwise, maybe a large park?
The second area is right by the campsite, so I'd do a forest myself. I have a forest near my campsite and it's SUPER cute IMO. Makes it feel very cozy, and it's especially perfect if you add the PC "campsite" sign. Again, that's just my opinion!
The third one is kind of interesting... It's kind of isolated but smaller, but also can be seen from below. It's also close to the museum. Maybe some kind of "extension" of the museum? Like a small fossil display or "market" that looks set up to sell fossils/art? Otherwise, a dig site could be cool! There are tons of awesome custom designs online that make it look like a large fossil is being dug up. Or maybe a meteor crash site? I built one on my island and it looks surprisingly fun!
The fourth location is kind of cozy and isolated... personally, I'd throw in a haunted house and a cemetery, but that's just me

The last location is by the beach, so maybe do something with that? You could throw out some beach chairs/towels and umbrellas, add some coconut juice, and just make a super relaxing area. Or maybe an area with fishing bait and fishing gear for easy access?
Anyway, those are just some ideas! Most of them I've used myself, but that just means I can attest to them looking nice
