I thought to myself
"Why not?"
And after a good 2 hours of looking at tutorials this happened:

Not too bad I guess. It's just a bunch of random stuff in a room, nothing special lol.

If anyone can help and give some advice please do! I'll be storing all of my pixel art in isometric perspective here.

2.
3.

relatively larger things to use isometric pixel magic on:
1. Twinleaf Town 2D to isometric transformation!

I don't do isometric pixel art myself, but I would like to give some advice on perspective! The circular rug is a little off, because the circle in the center is not oval-shaped enough. Also, the plates on the counter look like they are facing toward the viewer, not flat on the table. Other than that, it all looks really nice, and it's very impressive that you did it all on your first try!

Thank you for the help! Circles are a little hard for me, I couldn't really find a tutorial that explained it to me well haha.

Anyways, here is a random thing I made:

It's just some bushes and a tree. Trying to work on more shading.
(and shadows that aren't circles lol)

made some acnl grass type tiles because why not.

Basic room because attempting a regal carpet was just too hardcore.

Made it super simplistic, maybe I'll try a detailed one in the future when I have more experience.

Love what you've been doing! Your pixels looks really clean. I don't do isometric art myself so I can't give you much advice about it but I just wanted to say that I'll be keeping an eye out for your future updates! :-]

This is my favorite piece of yours so far:

As for requests, I have a few suggestions. Maybe try doing some ACNL PWPs? I think a totem pole, windmill, wisteria trellis, windmill, zen garden, and/or sphinx would be interesting!

Thanks so much! I'll try to do some PWPs, maybe I'll be able to try to do a section of my town.

For some reason isometric is so much easier for me lol. My old pixels kinda look derpy.

Oh man this is giving me some strong FF Tactics Vibes.

If you want some good practice, I suggest looking at some 2D games and try and recreate a town or something in this isometric style IE: Zelda Oracle games, Pokemon.. etc.

Turning 2D into isometric could be quite interesting. I'll probably start with a more simple town, like one of the hometowns in Pokemon.
