Issues with Moving Villagers Out

Hey guys!!

Lately, I've missed many offers on my dreamies due to the fact that NOBODY in my town is asking to move.

Is there any tips/ways to move your villagers out quicker?

Ever since I've gotten my 10th villager, not a single villager has asked to move. It's really frustrating ;-;

Does the number of my villagers include any second character that I have made? Eg: I have 8 villagers, a campsite, my home and a second personal character. Does this mean I have 8 villagers or 9 (including my second character)?

That wasn't the case for me.
There was a string of 4 consecutive days once my 10th's plot showed up when my villagers were asking to leave.

eh?? really?? i guess its uncommon? ive never had a villager move out for a few days when someone moved in. the guide says that too but i guess its weird

unless someone was already thinking about moving and you invited someone over?

Well it's random who will want to leave. c: It happened to me too that my favorite wanted to leave but also the ones that I don't care.
