Trading Items For Temporary Storage

So... here's the deal. I want to restart my town, but I don't want to lose some of my stuff. So the best solution I can come up with getting someone to hold my items while I start a new town. Of course, it does say trade up there, so here's my offer:

If you keep my items safe for a bit, I will let you order anything from my catalogue that you may need. Me leaving my items also means you get to catalogue them for yourself. If they are orderable, all I ask if you let me catalogue them. And you can keep the original to do whatever you want with them. Keep them, sell them. Just let me catalogue them in my new game and they're yours.

Of course, there's some items that you can't keep. And I'll provide a list of them. So, if you're interested, let me know.

As for how many items, I'm compiling a list. I'll try to keep it as small as possible, but possibly, like, 20/25? Plus the DLC I'd like to recatalogue, which you can keep to sell or just keep.

Yes, most of them at least. There are some unorderables that I want to keep (such as: afternoon-tea set, beetle chair, rose sofa, lily record player, turkey), but anything else, if I still have it, you can have. And if there's something you want ordered, I'll do so. And I'll time-travel to get it as quickly as possible.

As for the process, I'll put the stuff that I am keeping in my cabinet and then come to your town. I'll then place those items on the ground in an area of your choice. I'll reset my game and get the town layout I want. Then I'll return to your town the moment I can and pick my stuff up and recatalog the DLC that can be ordered. And then you can do what you wish with that stuff. Then that will be it. What you choose to do with the stuff while it's in your town, that's up to you. Leave it on the ground, put it in your house, store it in the museum or post office. As long as it's there.
