Items that don't appear in the catalog?

Does anyone know of a list of items that aren't in the catalog? Or if there isn't one, can we form one? Examples that I can think of include:

Common tools
Balloons
Ice creams
Jack-in-the-box
Patched Halloween items
Regular fruit, perfect fruit
Sparkling cider
Coffee
Mushrooms
I suppose bells count too
Flowers
Harvest festival foods
Fireworks

What others am I missing? Basically anything you can have in your inventory, but not the catalog. Particularly weird stuff, like the mystery bag and throwing beans. Thanks!

The sushi rolls don't show up, or certain paper sets like Halloween. Also I don't think glow wands show up or things like the Santa bag.

Sorry yes they do appear in the catalogue I have them. They are unorderable but I've let people catalogue them before. I think they are sent randomly in letters, at least that's my experience.
