This is just like a mini memorial for all the victims that were in the 9/11. Do you have any facts about the 9/11 that you would like to share?

I wasn't old enough to know that the 9/11 was happening but when I got older I watched a video in class and I remember people from I think it was the north twin tower were jumping out of the building and I got scared I am not from Manhatten but I know people went through hard times as well were the pentagon was crashed into and the 4th plane where believed it went into.

If you don't know the story just type in 9/11 on YouTube and you can see actual footage or you can ask me to write a a little summary

i was less than 1.5 yrs old when it happened, so i don't remember it and also i'm in sweden so i wasnt directly affected by it . still, the consequences were many and v horrible and it sucks that that happened. i dont personally feel anything abt it tho, it feels way too distant for me to, like, get sad or something.

I remember I was in the fourth grade. None of us really understood what happened, but we new it was something bad. I remember someone in our city started a teddy bear drive for all the children that lost their parents. We collected bears, then tied Canadian ribbons on it.

Eight years later, I was able to travel to new York. We actually went to go see ground zero, where the twin towers stood. They had some beautiful memorials for those who lost their lives there.

my teachers kept it a secret the whole day of school, only found out when i got home and my parents were shook.

I actually was unaware of the 9/11 attack until 5 years later. However, I was immediately informed when Osama bin Laden was announced dead 10 years after the attack.

I wasn't even born when 9/11 happened

Through, i remember in 2011 the 10 year anniversary of 9/11

I believe that was the first time i heard about 9/11

I was three when 9/11 happened. My memory is faint but my family and the rest of New York City was fairly quite. I think I remember not going outside for awhile and when we finally did the streets looked almost deserted.

I can remember it happening very well. I was at school at the time but it was on the news in the morning before I left. We saw the planes going into the towers and thought it was a movie at first....couldn't believe it was actually happening. And I can't believe 15 years have passed since then.
Makes me so sad thinking about it, one of the absolute worst attacks.

I was like 10 months old when 9/11 happened so I don't remember anything. My teachers told we a story about 9/11 though. When they were teaching, the radio suddenly went on announcing that one of the twin towers collapsed. A few minutes later, a second radio announcement went on announcing that the other tower collapsed. I don't remember the rest of the story

I was in class and the teacher had the TV in the classroom on the news, so I knew something big was happening. I couldn't fully understand the magnitude of what was going on at the time though.

I was sitting with my parents on the floor watching television. I was extremely young so I don't really remember it, but they told me that they turned it off and sat and held me for a while.

RIP to all of the victims, and thank you to all the men and women in uniform who sacrificed themselves to protect those they could. As a future US Navy pilot, uniformed individuals have my full and utmost respect.

I was 2 when it happened, and my parents were both very shocked by it, but I obviously couldn't make much sense of it. Though I can't make such sense of it now either, I must admit. Why anyone would do anything this cruel is beyond my understanding.

so much respect for the people who helped and the people who died helping. rest in peace everyone who died <3

I wasn't born until two months later so I obviously don't have any memory of it. I do remember my teacher telling us how he turned on the TV for the class and some of the students started crying because of how shocked they were from the event...

My heart goes out for all of the people who lost their lives and loved ones during 9/11.

I was about 12 years old and in my music class at school, my teacher was out that day so we had a substitute teacher and she turned the TV (while we were in the middle of watching a movie) to the news and that's how I remember it.

I remember I was in the second grade and the TVs in the classrooms had the news on. The teachers were panicking. At that age I really didn't care about what was happening, I just cared about whether or not this meant we had to do work that day. lol

lol I would probably care if we were doing math or not too at that age. Knowing me I would have actually asked XD

I was only seventeen months old when it happened, but my mom told me that seeing the towers come down seemed unreal.

I was unaware of the 9/11 event. I think I was about 11 years old when I saw a screensaver on a laptop of an Eagle crying with the twin towers but even then I did not understand what the picture was symbolizing or how tragic it was. I understand how tragic and awful that was now. So sorry for the families who lost their wifes, husbands, sons, daughters, cousins and rescue dogs. RIP for the police & firefighters for risking their lifes to save those who where already dead.
