AAAHHH so cute!!!! You're rly good at sewing! I always get the machine jammed and I never have the patience to do it by hand lol

That's really awesome, when I was in Middle School I got really into making silly little plush dolls that I hand sewn and it was super tedious but fun in the end. They were mostly like emo AF things, but these are really really good! The sheep reminds me of alcapasso because of the pastel colors. =D

You nerdss...
I'm still learning a lot, actually. I picked up hand sewing in December, which really benefited from my careful fingers that are used to drawing lineart. One of my predominant setbacks, though, is that I don't understand space, shapes, and geometry. It really holds me back when drafting and editing my patterns. So I've been having to learn to work around that >uTT

@teshima I've spent so many hours hand sewing now. My bobbin is in a jammed state more often than not. That's one of the many problems with machine sewing that I found surprising. I had this idea in my head that a sewing machine would be automatic. I've made up for that with days spent threading, rethreading, sewing in place, closing stitches, and learning to turn my fabric. I still have only a vague grasp of what I'm doing

@kassie Everyone starts somewhere! I personally recommend a cube or a sphere, and lots of straight stitch tutorials. I've seen patterns for amigurumi around, so there are options in addition to needle and thread.

@KaydeeKrunk I'd probably be the same way if I got into plushies much earlier, that's neat. I'm a huge fan of Alpacasso omg *w* I have a small army rn.
