Jackhammers and watering troughs!

Hey...

I bought a jackhammer last week and my husband bought a watering trough today... is there anything we can do with these items?

As well, last week I bought a storefront and a cash register. How do I use these things?

I can place them in my house but I can't put them outside... they're just leaves...

anything that is a leaf when you drop it outside is just furniture the only non furniture items are Nets, Shovels, Rods, Clothes, Umbrellas, Paper, Etc. but any item can be dropped in your house
