Japanese, American, or European?

I have been searching The Bell Tree and have found no one who has a Japanese version of Animal Crossing: City Folk or Lets Go To The City for the Wii. I really want some of these people to be on my friend list. My main focus is finding someone with a Japanese version of the game, but anyone who is willing to be my friend will do.
